This 3-day specialized will be under Chef Adoree Chong-Uy and Chef Tricia Ignacio-Fragante. Different applications of doughs, cakes and breads will be done by the students themselves. They will learn and hone the baking techniques in this hands-on class. This class is open to you kids aged 9 to 17 years old
Day 1 Doughs: Stuffed Cookies, Creampuffs, and Eclairs, Chicken Pie, Fruit Tartlets, Apple Pie

Day 2 Cakes: Chocolate Fudge Cake, Strawberry Shortcake, Mango Roll, Red Velvet Swirl
Bonus Recipe: STUFFED PANNA COTTA
Day 3 Breads: Filled Dinner Rolls, Honey Loaf Bread, Pizza from Scratch, Chocolate Chip Scones, Grissine
