CACS Manila was established by Chef's Gene Gonzalez and Jill Sandique as a World Class school that promotes traditional and innovative learning via its instructors who have been in the food industry for decades. Modern technology with up to date culinary techniques are imparted to our students via the unique CACS method of instruction by the DEVELOPMENT COMBINATION of culinary specialist and education experts.
Established in the year 2000 CACS graduates are none well employed are established business owners or visible figures in related food services operation. Chef instructors are selected by their impeccable credentials and go through a rigorous training process.
Our curriculum is designed to provide our students with a well-rounded education in all aspects of the culinary arts. From knife skills to pastry making, our courses cover everything our students need to know to become successful chefs.

After learning the fundamental skills students are taken for internship to the highly rated Cafe Ysabel and for them to perfect their actual backend operations. After internship students are recommended to other food service operations for their externship here and abroad
