The president of Cafe Ysabel, Inc. and the Center for Asian Culinary Studies. He is a recipient of various awards for his contribution to Philippine cuisine including the Ten Outstanding Young Men Award for Culinary Arts, the Gerry Roxas Foundation Award for Excellence, and the Hotel and Restaurant Association’s Plate d’Or.
