A specific yet intensive culinary and pastry skills program specially made for kids aged 11-16! Lessons cover basic kitchen skills and preparation of Vegetables, Meats, Poultry, and Seafood, Starch dishes such as pasta, potatoes, and rice dishes. This workshop also covers the basic skills of the different methods of mixing in baking.
Be exposed to the wonderful Word of Culinary and pastry arts with this fun but intensive hands-on program!
This series is intended for your teens who wish to experience the life in the kitchen and acquire the necessary basic skills, tools, and acquire the necessary basic skills, tools, and techniques to encourage their hobbies and interests in professional cooking and baking.
The Junior Chefs Cooking Workshop will culminate with a recital presentation by the students. One tree seat is given per student for their desired guest
This Junior Chef Workshop cooking class workshop Course is handled by Chef Chica Cojuangco- Gonzalez and Chef Aki Gonzalez and will be guided by student assistants from the PRO course!
