Fundamentals of Cooking

Discover your talent as CACS student

This Course aims to cover and teach you the basic skills to fulfill the NC2 Cookery Standards. The course is completely hands-on and provides the service of purchasing ingredients until the TESDA assessment exam. The teachers are all experienced and current industry practitioners. Classes will be conducted using world-class culinary equipment. Uniforms and kit are included in the course fee. Fundamentals in cooking - culinary courses
